ข้อ ๒๒ เมื่อดำเนินการรับฟังความเห็นของประชาชนแล้ว ให้สำนักงานสรุปรวบรวมประเด็น ความเห็นของประชาชนแล้วส่งให้ผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาต และประกาศให้ประชาชนทราบภายในสิบห้าวัน นับแต่วันที่การรับฟังความเห็นของประชาชนเสร็จสิ้น
