เล่ม ๑๓๒ ตอนที่ ๑๐๕ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๖ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ทางน้ำชลประทานในเขตโครงการส่งน้ำและบำรุงรักษากำแพงแสน เป็นทางน้ำชลประทานที่จะเรียกเก็บค่าชลประทาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๘ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ และมาตรา ๔๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตร และสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
