เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๔๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ก ๔ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๘ พระราชกฤษฎีกา ให้มีการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เขตเลือกตั้งที่ ๕ แทนตำแหน่งที่ว่าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖8 เป็นปีที่ 10 ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรให้มีการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรที่มาจากการเลือกตั้ง แบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้งขึ้นแทนตำแหน่งที่ว่าง อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๐๕ วรรคหนึ่ง (๑) และมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญ แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
