เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๔๗ ก หนา้ ๒๓ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๔ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่ำธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับกำรทำกำรค้ำขำออกซึ่งสินค้ำมำตรฐำน และกำรตรวจสอบมำตรฐำนสินค้ำ พ.ศ. 2564 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนสินค้ำขำออก พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๓ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนสินค้ำขำออก (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศ ในรำชกิจจำนุเบกษำเป็นต้นไป
