Section ๔๔

ในคณะ วิทยาลัย หรือส่วนงานที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่นที่มีฐานะเทียบเท่าคณะหรือ วิทยาลัย ให้มีคณบดีเป็นผู้บังคับบัญชาและรับผิดชอบการบริหารงานของส่วนงานนั้น และจะให้มี รองคณบดีหรือผู้ช่วยคณบดี หรือจะมีทั้งรองคณบดีและผู้ช่วยคณบดีตามจำนวนที่สภามหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด เพื่อทำหน้าที่และรับผิดชอบตามที่คณบดีมอบหมายก็ได้
