ข้อ ๒ ผู้ใดมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสี ต้องยื่นคำขอแจ้งการครอบครองหรือ ใช้ต่อเลขาธิการ พร้อมด้วยเอกสารหรือหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอแจ้งการครอบครองหรือ ใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่มีไว้ในครอบครองเครื่องกำเนิดรังสีนั้น
