เล่ม ๑๓๑ ตอนพิเศษ ๘๔ ง ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๗ ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๗/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมือง เพื่อให้สถานการณ์กลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติโดยเร็ว อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๘ และ มาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติกฎอัยการศึก พุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๗ จึงห้ามมิให้มั่วสุม หรือชุมนุมทางการเมือง ณ ที่ใด ๆ ที่มีจำนวนตั้งแต่ ๕ คน ขึ้นไป หากผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนต้องระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกิน ๑ ปี หรือ ปรับไม่เกิน ๒๐,๐๐๐ บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ สำหรับผู้ที่ชุมนุมทางการเมืองอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ให้เดินทาง กลับภูมิลำเนา ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
