Section ๖

ผู้ต้องโทษดังต่อไปนี้ ให้ได้รับพระราชทานอภัยโทษปล่อยตัวไป

(๑) ผู้ต้องกักขัง

(๒) ผู้ทำงานบริการสังคมหรือทำงานสาธารณประโยชน์แทนค่าปรับ กรณีผู้ต้องกักขังตาม

(๑) ซึ่งเป็นนักโทษเด็ดขาด และยังไม่ได้รับโทษกักขังแทนโทษจำคุก หรือยังไม่ได้ถูกกักขังแทนค่าปรับ ให้ผู้ต้องกักขังนั้นได้รับพระราชทานอภัยโทษปล่อยตัวไป ในส่วนของโทษกักขังแทนโทษจำคุกหรือในส่วนของการกักขังแทนค่าปรับ แล้วแต่กรณี
