Section ๘

ในกรณีที่มีบทบัญญัติใดในพระราชบัญญัตินี้กำหนดให้การขอรับใบอนุญาต การออกใบอนุญาต การแจ้ง หรือการออกใบรับแจ้ง หรือการปฏิบัติตามบทบัญญัตินั้น ต้องเป็นไป เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๒ ก หนา้ ๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๕ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ หรือเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงหรือประกาศ ห้ามมิให้ใช้บทบัญญัติ ดังกล่าวจนกว่าจะมีการออกกฎกระทรวงหรือประกาศนั้นแล้ว
