ข้อ ๒ ในกรณีที่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติให้การดำเนินการเรื่องใดต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากรัฐสภา สภาผู้แทนราษฎร หรือวุฒิสภา ให้เป็นอำนาจของหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ในการให้ความเห็นชอบ แทนรัฐสภา สภาผู้แทนราษฎร หรือวุฒิสภา ในเรื่องนั้น ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๔ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
