เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๘๙ ก หนา้ ๑๓ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๐ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตขายสุรา ใบอนุญาตขายยาสูบ และใบอนุญาตขายไพ่ ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยภาษีสรรพสามิต พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษีสรรพสามิต พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
