ข้อ ๑๒ การยื่นคำขอตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียน ณ สำนักงานขนส่ง กรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ สำนักงานขนส่งจังหวัด หรือสำนักงานขนส่งจังหวัดสาขา หรือสถานที่อื่นตามที่ อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
