เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๑๕ ก หนา้ ๕๙ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม ตู้เย็นและตู้เย็นแบบมีช่องแช่เยือกแข็งสำหรับใช้ในที่อยู่อำศัย ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
