ข้อ ๒ การจดทะเบียนรถยนต์รับจ้างผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ให้แบ่งเป็น ๓ ประเภท ดังนี้

(๑) ขนาดเล็ก

(๒) ขนาดกลาง

(๓) ขนาดใหญ่ ในการรับจดทะเบียนเป็นรถยนต์รับจ้างผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้จดทะเบียนได้เพียง คนละหนึ่งคัน
