ข้อ ๑ ในกฎกระทรวงนี้ “ค่ำใช้จ่ำยอื่น” หมำยควำมว่ำ ค่ำใช้จ่ำยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกำรรื้อย้ำยหรือติดตั้งระบบ สำธำรณูปโภค อุปกรณ์รับสัญญำณโทรทัศน์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้ำ และสิ่งอื่นใดในลักษณะเดียวกัน “คณะกรรมกำร” หมำยควำมว่ำ คณะกรรมกำรตามมาตรา ๑๙
