ข้อ ๒๑ นำยจ้ำงต้องจัดให้มีสัญลักษณ์ทำงรังสีพร้อมข้อควำมเตือนภัยจำกรังสีแสดงให้เห็น อย่ำงชัดเจนบริเวณพื้นที่ควบคุม ต้นกำเนิดรังสี กำกกัมมันตรังสี และเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้ว ทั้งนี้ สัญลักษณ์ทำงรังสีพร้อมข้อควำมเตือนภัยดังกล่ำวให้เป็นไปตำมกฎหมำยว่ำด้วยมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมหรือกฎหมำยว่ำด้วยพลังงำนนิวเคลียร์เพื่อสันติ
