เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก หนา้ ๒๒ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๑ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมหลอดแอลอีดีมีบัลลำสต์ในตัว สำหรับกำรให้แสงสว่ำงทั่วไปด้วยแรงดันไฟฟ้ำมำกกว่ำ 50 โวลต์ : คุณลักษณะที่ต้องการด้านความปลอดภัย ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. 2564 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
