ข้อ ๑๐ ในกรณีที่มีกำรออกกฎกระทรวงตำมกฎหมำยว่ำด้วยทำงหลวงหรือกฎหมำยว่ำด้วย กำรทำงพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อกำหนดอัตรำควำมเร็วสำหรับกำรขับรถในทำงเดินรถหรือช่องเดินรถ บนทำงหลวงหรือทำงพิเศษ แล้วแต่กรณี ไว้เป็นกำรเฉพำะ ให้กำรขับรถในทำงเดินรถหรือช่องเดินรถ ดังกล่ำว ใช้อัตรำควำมเร็วตำมที่กฎกระทรวงนั้นกำหนด
