เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๐ ก หนา้ ๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดชนิดของสัตว์ที่ต้องอยู่ในการกำกับดูแลการประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ พ.ศ. 2564 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในบทนิยามคำว่า “สัตว์” ในมาตรา ๔ มาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๑๔ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมการฆ่าสัตว์เพื่อการจำหน่ายเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์โดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการกำกับดูแลการประกอบ กิจการฆ่าสัตว์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
