เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก หนา้ ๒๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๑ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมเหล็กกล้ำทรงแบนรีดร้อน สำหรับงำนโครงสร้ำงเชื่อมประกอบต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. 2564 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำร กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
