ข้อ ๑๒ องค์กรผู้ใช้น้ำต้องด้ำเนินงำนตำมกฎหมำย วัตถุประสงค์ และกรอบกำรด้ำเนินงำน ขององค์กรผู้ใช้น้ำที่ได้แจ้งไว้พร้อมกับค้ำขอจดทะเบียนก่อตังองค์กรผู้ใช้น้ำ และด้ำเนินงำนให้เป็นไป เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๘ ก หนา้ ๒๐ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๖๔ ตำมหน้ำที่และอ้ำนำจที่ก้ำหนดไว้ในข้อ ๑๐ และต้องรำยงำนผลกำรด้ำเนินงำนต่อนำยทะเบียน อย่ำงน้อยปีละหนึ่งครัง ภำยในวันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคมของทุกปี
