เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๘๗ ก หนา้ ๓๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๐ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม ถุงมือสำหรับกำรตรวจวินิจฉัยทำงกำรแพทย์ชนิดใช้ครั้งเดียว ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
