ข้อ ๑๑ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการแจ้งตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ผู้อนุญาตจะแจ้งแก่ผู้ขออนุญาต และผู้รับอนุญาตผลิตหรือนำเข้าเครื่องมือแพทย์โดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไปพร้อมกับหนังสือแจ้ง ด้วยก็ได้
