เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๑ ก หนา้ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๗ มกราคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง ลดอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทจำกัดในพื้นที่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจ พ.ศ. 2563 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๐๑๘ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ มาตรา ๑๐๒๐ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ (ฉบับที่ ๑๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และมาตรา ๑๐๒๐/๑ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยคำสั่งหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ที่ ๒๑/๒๕๖๐ เรื่อง การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมกฎหมายเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการประกอบธุรกิจ ลงวันที่ ๔ เมษายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
