Section ๑๕

ข้อ ๑๕ ในการคัดเลือกเอกชนเพื่อจัดหาประโยชน์ที่ราชพัสดุตามหมวดนี้ ทั้งกรณีที่เป็น การทำสัญญาเช่าหรือสัญญาต่างตอบแทนอื่น ให้ใช้วิธีประมูล เว้นแต่เป็นกรณีที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ ๑6 หรือข้อ ๑7 จะกระทำโดยไม่ใช้วิธีประมูลก็ได้ วิธีการคัดเลือกเอกชนตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด
