ข้อ ๘ ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการประจำจังหวัดเห็นว่าการก่อสร้างโรงฆ่าสัตว์และโรงพักสัตว์ ถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามแผนงานการประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบ ให้เสนอความเห็น เกี่ยวกับคำขอรับใบอนุญาตและผลการตรวจสอบแก่ผู้อนุญาตเพื่อพิจารณาต่อไป
