บุคคลใดได้มาซึ่งสิทธิเรียกร้องจากบุคคลอื่นโดยรู้ว่าเป็นสิทธิที่ได้มาจาก การกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๔ และใช้สิทธินั้นหรือพยายามถือเอาประโยชน์แห่งสิทธินั้น ต้องระวางโทษ ดังที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๔
