Section ๕

ข้อ ๕ ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่ประสงค์จะผลิตสุราต่อเนื่องจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ ในใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราภายในเก้าสิบวันก่อนวันที่ใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ เมื่อได้ยื่นคำขอตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตสามารถผลิตสุราต่อไปได้จนกว่าอธิบดี จะมีคำสั่งไม่อนุญาต
