ข้อ ๑๒ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตหรือผู้แจ้งต้องไม่ให้บุคคลที่มีอายุตั้งแต่สิบหกปีแต่ไม่เกินสิบแปดปี ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ควบคุมหรือปฏิบัติงานใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับรังสี เว้นแต่จะเป็นไปเพื่อการศึกษา การฝึกอบรม หรือการฝึกงานซึ่งต้องอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดของผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางรังสี
