เล่ม ๑๒๘ ตอนที่ ๖๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๑ กันยายน ๒๕๕๔ กฎกระทรวง การหักเงินงบประมาณรายได้ประจำปี สมทบเข้าเป็นกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติบำเหน็จบำนาญ ข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๖ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
