ข้อ ๒ ฆ่า ๑ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๑๖ หรือส่งออกนอกราชอาณา ซึ่งสัตว์สงวนพันธุ์ ให้ยื่นคำขออนุญาตต่อนายทะเบียนตาม แบบ บ.พ.๓ ทายกฎกระทรวงนี้ เมื่อนายทะเบียนได้สอบสวน จักร พิจารณาเห็นสมควรแล้ว ทายกฎกระทรวง ให้ออกใบอนุญาตตามแบบ บ.พ.๔ ผู้ใดจะนำสัตว์สงวนพันธุ์ออกนอกเขตบำรุงพันธุ์
