ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ เปลี่ยนแปลง เคลื่อนย้าย หรือรื้อถอนเครื่องหมายแสดงแนวเขต หลักสำรวจ รั้ว เครื่องหมายแสดงระยะ หรือเครื่องอำนวย ความสะดวกหรือความปลอดภัยซึ่งได้ติดตั้งหรือทำให้ปรากฏในเขตระบบรถขนส่งทางราง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
