เพื่อประโยชน์ในการกำกับการอบรมความรู้หรือทักษะของหน่วยงานหรือสถาบัน ที่กรมการขนส่งทางรางรับรองหรือตามหลักสูตรที่ได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรา ๙๖

(๒) อธิบดีจะประกาศ กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขให้หน่วยงานหรือสถาบันดังกล่าวต้องปฏิบัติก็ได้
