Section ๔๕

ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาต ต้องชำระค่าปรับเป็นพินัยไม่เกิน สามแสนบาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละหนึ่งหมื่นบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังมิได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
