ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๙ ต้องชำระค่าปรับทางปกครองในอัตราไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท ในกรณีที่เห็นสมควร พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่อาจมีคำสั่งให้ผู้นั้นดำเนินการใดๆเพื่อแก้ไข หรือ ปรับปรุง หรือปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด แต่ต้องไม่เกินสามสิบวัน
