เล่ม ๑๓๒ ตอนที่ ๘๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓ กันยายน ๒๕๕๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ทางน้ำชลประทานในเขตโครงการชลประทานตราด เป็นทางน้ำชลประทานที่จะเรียกเก็บค่าชลประทาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๘ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ และมาตรา ๔๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตร และสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
