Section ๑๒

ข้อ ๑๒ ให้นำความในข้อ ๓ มาใช้บังคับแก่การพิจารณาอนุญาตการโอนใบอนุญาต ประกอบกิจการหอพักด้วยโดยอนุโลม และให้นายทะเบียนออกใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการหอพัก โดยระบุคำว่า “โอน” ด้วยอักษรสีแดงไว้ด้านบนของใบอนุญาตดังกล่าว และระบุชื่อผู้รับโอน วัน เดือน ปีที่อนุญาตให้โอน พร้อมทั้งลงลายมือชื่อนายทะเบียนกำกับไว้ด้วย
