ข้อ ๓๐ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตซึ่งประสงค์จะต่ออายุใบอนุญาตผู้จัดการหอพักเอกชนให้ยื่นคำขอ ต่ออายุใบอนุญาตต่อนายทะเบียน ณ ท้องที่ที่หอพักตั้งอยู่ ภายในหกสิบวันก่อนวันที่ใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ โดยระบุชื่อหอพักพร้อมด้วยเอกสารและหลักฐานตามข้อ ๒๙
