เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๘๑ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๒ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำและขั้นสูง ที่ใช้เป็นฐานในการคำนวณเงินสมทบของผู้ประกันตนตามมาตรา ๓๓ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ และมาตรา ๔๖ วรรคห้า แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดย พระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
