เล่ม ๑๔๓ ตอนที่ ๑๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๓ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๖๙ พระราชกฤษฎีกา ขยายเวลาใช้บังคับพระราชบัญญัติพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๑๒ กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ เป็นปีที่ ๑๑ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรขยายเวลาใช้บังคับพระราชบัญญัติพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ ออกไปอีกเจ็ดปี อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และมาตรา ๒ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
