กฎกระทรวง กำหนดสินค้าที่มีสิทธิขอคืนภาษีและการพิสูจน์ลักษณะความเสียหาย หรือเสื่อมคุณภาพของสินค้าจนใช้การไม่ได้ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๑๐ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ภาษีสรรพสามิต พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
