เล่ม ๑๒๓ ตอนที่ ๖๕ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๑ มิถุนายน ๒๕๔๙ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดโรคเรื้อรัง พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๗ และมาตรา ๖๔ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิและ เสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๕ และมาตรา ๔๘ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่ง ราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงแรงงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
