เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๗๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๒ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๐ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ป่าแม่เมาะ ในท้องที่ตำบลบ้านหวด อำเภองาว ตำบลบ้านดง ตำบลแม่เมาะ อำเภอแม่เมาะ และตำบลบ้านแลง อำเภอเมืองลำปาง จังหวัดลำปาง เป็นป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕และมาตรา ๖วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๗ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
