เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๑๑๑ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๙ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๐ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ทางน้ำชลประทานในเขตโครงการส่งน้ำและบำรุงรักษาภาษีเจริญ เป็นทางน้ำชลประทานที่จะเรียกเก็บค่าชลประทาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๘ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ และมาตรา ๔๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
