ฉบับพิเศษ เล่ม ๑๐๔ ตอนที่ ๑๖๐ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๑ สิงหาคม ๒๕๓๐ กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๑,๒๐๕ (พ.ศ.๒๕๓๐) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 4 และมาตรา บัญญัติป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ 5 แห่งพระราช รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตร พ.ศ.๒๕๐๓ และสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
