ข้อ ๑๐ กองคลัง มีหน้าที่และอำนาจ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเงิน การบัญชี การบริหารงบประมาณ การพัสดุ อาคารสถานที่ และยานพาหนะของกรม
(๒) ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือที่อธิบดี มอบหมาย
