ฉบับพิเศษ เล่ม ๕๕ ตอนที่ ๘๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๒๑ ໄວ พระราชกฤษฎีกา กำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่อำเภอหนองฉาง จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ ดู ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร ให้ไว้ณ วันที่ ๑๐ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ เป็นปีที่ ๓๓ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรมราช โองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเขตที่ดิน จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน ในท้องที่อำเภอหนองฉา อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๕ แห่งธรรมนูญการปกครอง ราชอาณาจักร พุทธศักราช ๒๕๒๐ และมาตรา ๒๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมพ.ศ.๒๕๑๘จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้า ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
