ฉบับพิเศษ เล่ม 5๕ ตอนที่ ๑๐๓ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ตุลาคม๒๕๒๑ ๒ พระราชกฤษฎีกา กำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่อำเภอหนองบัว และอำเภอไพศาลี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๑๕ พ.ศ.๒๕๒๑ สิงหาคม ในปีที่ ๓๓ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรม ราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่อำเภอหนองบัว และอำเภอไพศาลี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๕ ราชอาณาจักร พุทธศักราช ๒๕๒๐ และมาตรา การปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม เกล้าฯ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ แห่งธรรมนูญการปกครอง ๒๕ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรด
