ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๙๗ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ เหมาะสม ที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งใน ที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่งดังต่อไปนี้
