ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๒๕๕ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอแม่ละมาด และอำเภอ แม่สอด จังหวัดตาก เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
